Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all purchases made on Sellatagora.com (the “Platform”), operated by HYPERMIX LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

Sellatagora is a multivendor marketplace. All items are sold and shipped directly by independent third-party Sellers. HYPERMIX LLC does not fulfill, pack, or ship any orders.

1. Seller Responsibilities

  • Each Seller is fully responsible for shipping the items they sell.

  • Sellers must ship items within the handling time they specify in their listing (usually 1–3 business days).

  • Sellers choose their own shipping carriers, methods, and costs.

  • Buyers must review the shipping details and costs shown on each product listing before purchasing.

2. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are set by the Seller and displayed at checkout.

  • Some Sellers may offer free shipping on qualifying orders.

  • Additional charges may apply for expedited shipping, insurance, or shipping to remote locations.

  • International shipping (if offered) may include customs duties, taxes, and import fees, which are the Buyer’s responsibility.

3. Delivery Times

  • Estimated delivery dates shown on the Platform are provided by the Seller and are not guaranteed.

  • Delivery times depend on the shipping method, carrier, and Buyer’s location.

  • Typical U.S. domestic shipping: 3–10 business days after shipment.

  • International shipping usually takes 10–30 business days but can be longer due to customs.

  • HYPERMIX LLC is not responsible for any delays caused by the Seller, carrier, or customs.

4. Order Tracking

  • Most Sellers provide a tracking number once the item is shipped.

  • You can track your order in your Sellatagora account under “My Purchases.”

  • If no tracking is provided, contact the Seller directly.

5. Shipping Address

  • Orders are shipped only to the address you enter at checkout.

  • Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order.

  • We are not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address provided by the Buyer.

6. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments

  • For lost or damaged packages, Buyers should first contact the Seller.

  • Sellers are encouraged to provide refunds or replacements for lost packages once the carrier confirms loss (usually after 7–14 days).

  • HYPERMIX LLC may assist in dispute resolution but is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments.

  • Buyers may purchase shipping insurance through the Seller when available.

7. International Shipping & Customs

  • For international orders, Buyers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees.

  • Sellers are not responsible for packages seized or delayed by customs.

  • Certain items may be restricted or prohibited for international shipping.

8. Platform’s Role

HYPERMIX LLC acts only as a marketplace platform and does not control or guarantee shipping performance. We are not liable for any issues related to shipping, delivery, delays, or loss of packages.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Shipping Policy at any time. The revised policy will be posted on the Platform with a new Effective Date. Your continued use of Sellatagora.com after changes means you accept the updated policy.

10. Questions or Issues

  • Contact the Seller first for any shipping-related questions or problems.

  • Use the messaging system in your account or go to “My Purchases” to open a case.

  • If the Seller does not respond within 3 business days, contact Sellatagora Support.
