Refund Policy

This Refund and Return Policy applies to purchases made on Sellatagora.com (the “Platform”), operated by HYPERMIX LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
Sellatagora is a multivendor marketplace. All purchases are made directly from independent third-party Sellers, not from HYPERMIX LLC. We do not sell items ourselves and are not a party to any transaction between Buyers and Sellers.
1. Seller Return & Refund Policies

Each Seller on Sellatagora sets their own return and refund policy.

You must review the specific Seller’s return policy (displayed on the product listing) before making a purchase.

If a Seller does not specify a return policy, the default policy below will apply.
2. Default Platform Policy (When Seller Has No Policy)
Unless the Seller specifies otherwise:

Buyers have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund.

Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, with all original tags, packaging, and accessories.

Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the Seller agrees otherwise.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after the Seller receives and inspects the returned item.

Shipping fees, handling fees, and other transaction fees paid to HYPERMIX LLC are non-refundable.
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are generally not eligible for refunds or returns (unless required by law):

Personalized, custom-made, or made-to-order items

Digital downloads, software, or gift cards

Perishable goods, groceries, or consumables

Intimate apparel, swimwear, or hygiene products

Items marked “Final Sale” or “No Returns” by the Seller

Items damaged due to Buyer misuse or negligence
4. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item, contact the Seller directly within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and description of the issue.

The Seller is responsible for resolving defective item claims.

If the Seller does not respond within 3 business days, you may contact Sellatagora Support for assistance.
5. Platform’s Role in Refunds

HYPERMIX LLC does not process refunds or returns directly.

We act only as a facilitator and may help mediate disputes through our resolution center.

We reserve the right to issue refunds from a Seller’s account balance in cases of clear Seller misconduct, fraud, or repeated complaints.

All payment disputes must first be handled with the Seller.
6. How to Request a Refund or Return

Log into your Sellatagora account.

Go to “My Purchases” and select the order.

Click “Request Return” or contact the Seller through the messaging system.

Provide the reason and any supporting evidence (photos, etc.).

Follow the Seller’s instructions for return shipping.
7. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before the Seller ships the item.

Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible and the return policy applies.
8. Chargebacks and Disputes

Buyers agree to first attempt resolution with the Seller before initiating a chargeback with their payment provider.

Abuse of chargebacks may result in account suspension.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund and Return Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated Effective Date. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
10. Governing Law
This Policy is governed by the same laws and dispute resolution terms as our Terms and Conditions.
